1) No website will be accepted that has inappropriate content or additional windows. NO Pop Ups Allowed and ALL sites must be in ENGLISH. Additionally, the following sites are NOT allowed: Adult sites, illegal sites, HYIP sites, Paid-To-Surf sites, frame breakers, Rotators and Paid-To-Promote sites.

2) A typical traffic package of 1,000 visitors will be sent over the course of 30 days or less starting from the date your sites are approved. NOTE 1: On some occasions, it will take more than 30 days to finish. But don't worry, you will receive the total amount of visitors ordered.

3)NOTE 2: Due to the nature of our business, there are absolutely NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

4) Also, we CANNOT guarantee that you'll get sign-ups or make sales. We can only guarantee that we'll send REAL business opportunity seekers to your site and that you'll receive the number of visitors ordered. We'll get the visitors to your site, but it's up to your sales page to get the sign-ups and sales.

5) Accuracy of Stats: If you use a third-party tracking system to track your visitors and your stats differ from the stats in your member's area, you understand and agree that the stats as presented in your member's area will be the ONLY valid stats.

Modifications:

We reserve the right to change any conditions of these terms at any time. Members are responsible for complying with ALL changes made to this agreement. Any changes made to this agreement will be posted in this section of our website. If changes are made, we will email all members informing them of the changes.
